This privacy policy covers the integrated.ee website and all applications published by Integrated Technologies OU on Microsoft AppSource for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

3. Data Processed by Our Applications

Our applications may process the following types of data:

  • Business entity identifiers such as company registration numbers entered by the user in Business Central
  • Publicly available business data retrieved from government open data sources (e.g. the Estonian Tax and Customs Board)

Our applications do not collect or process personal data of end users. They only process business entity data that is publicly available through official open data sources.

All retrieved data is stored exclusively within the customer's own Business Central environment. No data is transmitted to or stored on servers operated by Integrated Technologies OU.

4. Website Data Collection

The integrated.ee website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to collect standard website usage statistics such as page views, referral sources, and device information. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

5. Contact Form and Email

If you contact us via email or a contact form, we process your name, email address, and message content solely to respond to your inquiry. This data is not shared with third parties and is retained only as long as necessary to handle your request.

6. Third-Party Services

  • Government open data sources — Our applications may retrieve publicly available business data from official government sources such as the Estonian Tax and Customs Board (EMTA). No personal data is exchanged with these sources.
  • Google Analytics — Used on the website for anonymous usage statistics.

7. Data Retention

Data retrieved by our applications is stored only within your Business Central tenant. Integrated Technologies OU does not retain any copy of this data.

Website analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default retention settings.

  • Request rectification of inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data
