End User License Agreement

Applications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and Integrated Technologies OU (“Licensor”) for the use of applications published by the Licensor on Microsoft AppSource (“the Application”).

2. License Grant

The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application solely within your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment for your internal business purposes.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Application within your own Business Central tenant for the purposes described in the Application's documentation and AppSource listing.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Application
  • Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Application to any third party
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Application
  • Use the Application outside of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Application

5. Third-Party Data Disclaimer

The Application may retrieve data from third-party public data sources, such as government open data registries (e.g. the Estonian Tax and Customs Board). Such data is provided “as-is” by the respective data source. The Licensor does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of third-party data. The Licensor is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or delays in data provided by third-party sources.

6. No Financial or Legal Advice

The Application provides informational data only. Risk scores, company classifications, and other indicators generated by the Application do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or credit advice. You should not rely solely on the Application's output for making business, financial, or legal decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Application, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Application is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights, remain with the Licensor. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Application.

9. Subscription and Pricing

The Application is available through the Microsoft commercial marketplace (AppSource). Pricing and subscription terms are as listed on the AppSource listing and are subject to the Microsoft commercial marketplace terms of use.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you:

  • Uninstall the Application from your Business Central environment
  • Breach any term of this Agreement
  • Allow your subscription to expire without renewal

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and uninstall it from your Business Central environment.

11. Updates

The Licensor may release updates to the Application through AppSource. Continued use of the Application after an update constitutes acceptance of any revised terms that may accompany the update.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in Harju County Court, Estonia.
